I'm serious. Just a few minor things and you will be crushing a lot more weight. You have a very good build and set up for benching big weights. Just tweak a few things and get your mind wrapped around actually doing bigger weights. That slingshot set, you should have had more with 225 no question, it was your mind that did you in there, the weight was no problem for you.
I don't want to step on JB's toes here as he's the best there is, but I'm serious when I say you can just fix a few little flaws on bench and be a lot stronger.
Crush on Mr. Awesome, ignore the detractors. I have those too. They mean nothing to me. I'm on a mission to squat 405 and bench 315, eff them that think I can't.
