@Squatter: I usually don't let small pains bother me, but this foot thing I really messed up in Oregon.. that was only like a month or so ago. It seems to be almost healed already, it's a little swollen (taken stuff and ice packed it) and it doesn't have the sharp pain or the pain all of the time.. I can put some weight on it and it doesn't hurt so it will be ok soon I think.
@OneMorePlate: I'm adding in some more stretching and mobility in the gym now that I'm a bit more comfortable at this gym. I'm pretty stoked about my squat form, I didn't think I would be able to do it. If I don't hit that sweet spot, I can't break my hips, and I get a quarter squat and can't go down any more.. it's really weird, but I'm glad I found it.
I'll be 4 plating it again soon.
