Rack pulls above the knee. Next time I will do them above blocks, because the pins in the rack dont go as low as I'd like.
Worked up to 365 double overhand, slipped halfway up.
425 was stupid easy.
475 grip let go right at lockout.
500x2 with Versagripps. PRs all around! These were good because where I failed Friday was near lockout.

Some light pressdowns and curls to prepare elbows for more pressing frequency.
