Notes: Good stuff. Bench is on its way. Went for a PB atempt (10kg) with 140 paused but failed to lock out. Excentric were easy. Push presses were very light but hard anyway on the conditioning. Went stupid at the end and did a set of 10 w 300 kg shrugs. No use at all other than putting unessesary stress on the lower back really. Need to put my head straight and avoid shit like that.
