29/04/13 - Squat, Press & Dead

Squat w/Belt
160kg x 1
175kg x 1
130kg x 3 x 6 last reps paused, last set all paused

BTN Push Press w/Belt
90kg x 1
100kg x 1
85kg x 3 x 6

SLDL
120kg x 6 x 4

Had to go in at peak time, planned to bench but there was no chance of that happening. All good though, nothing more enjoyable than putting shit overhead. Reckon my BTNPP max is around 110kg at least.

Everything was fast and rests were all between 60-120 secs.
