Monday Squats
Not great, not terrible. Hips were very tight, although my back felt good. I need to now gain confidence to drop into the hole rather than feeling out like I am now. Also, need to get more of a plan before I enter the gym. I am hitting my main lifts, then I have been getting disorganized with my assistance. That stops now, I will have a plan and run each one for 3 week cycles.

Front Squats

275 x 1, this was a little high

Yoke Bar Squats
90 x 2 x 5

this is going to be my main exercise for my next cycle

these felt great!

Tomorrow is agility, planning to do a lot of mobility drills. Going to continue my stretching, but also need to work on some more hip mobility. Getting healthier. My front squats were also affected today by the soreness in my upper back. Have a terrible knot by my shoulder blade, could not get it to roll out. Will work on that some more.

Things are getting better, need to attack the weights more
