Omega's (Sometimes) I usually eat an avocado everyday, along with Hemp, flax, and chia seed, which usually eliminates the need for supplementing omega's.
Instead of a multi vitamin, I take eat Bee Pollen Granules. Bee Pollen contains every nutrient needed to sustain life. Royal Jelly compliments it well.
