Um, zero. But that's not because I'm trying to be "ultra-natural", "hardcore" or anything else. I just literally have no reason (that I'm aware of) to take any.
But I do have a heaped spoonful of creatine (in water) every day, and 30g+ of pure whey protein powder (in milk) as well.
So supplements are not out of the question. Time will tell, as to whether I end up taking any other kinds.
