Nice workout, Ole Grunt. You aren't afraid of squatting, are you? Sorry I can't help out much on the diet, but I will offer up an anecdote on this:

Once upon a time, my wife and I were in a sporting goods store looking at some exercise equipment. They had a pretty good assortment of punching bags.
