ME Squat Day

Been at the lake for 3 days so I was a little keen to feel some weight today. I did SSB Paused squats with an orange band, these went well, I worked up to 3 wheels for a PR then did backoffs again. Volume will be slightly lower on backoffs for a couple weeks and Iíll ramp again. Only difference is Iíll do a little assistance work for the glutes abs n hams as well. To finish I pulled sumo vs 3 cahins and then did pullthrus and ab wheel to finish. Solid day.
