Sorry for not updating. I was traveling and didnt lift so I kept carbs as low as I could (minus beer lol). Lots of chicken wings

Not sure of this mornings weight
Fat: 150 -> little higher than usual on backload days
Squat and/or Olympic lifts tomorrow
