Little bit of a late night last night, friend is moving out of town. I am very sore today, but got some work in

Log clean and press, strict

165 x 3 pr, struggle
Add push press
195 x 1
215 x 1
145 x 10
Wow, need to work on my reps with log, I was so gassed after this set, not good

Curls with log
55 x 10
75 x 8
85 x 2 x 8
55 x 16
These are tough

Dips
BW x 2 x 10
Plus light band x 3 x 10

Couple sets of banded curls, push downs and some good mornings.

Squats tomorrow, will do some more stretching later
