Default ready to get focused

Hi Guys! I've been back in the gym for 18 months and have made steady progress! i have been using Steve's 5 day PMB split from the M&S site! After watching dozens of BBOD's videos i feel motivated to start training and competing as a power lifter. I will be using this forum and site to help me stay motivated and focused and get educated!
