Finally a decent session, farmers felt decent. My top set had a little pain on the pick. I need to work on keeping the same form in my top sets as the lighter sets. I run into this problem on all my Deadlifts, just a confidence thing.

230 each hands x 1 set
Felt it a little bit in my back here, just the pick the carry was fine

Need to do these more, they target my weakness
10 runs x 100 feet, turn at 50 feet
Basically did these until I was worn out, took very short rest, 30 secs max
This session really helped my motivation. It went really well. I am planning on doing yoke one week and farmers the next. Especially since the yoke is at the gym. Time to get serious, weather is getting nice. Tomorrow is my body building day!
