Default saturday 27/4/13 workout A

squat @ 109.5kg 7,6,6 = 19 (20)rep goal

bb bench press @ 97kg 8,6,3 = 17 (20) 8rep pr @ 97kg

bb row @ 89.5kg 7,6,5 = 18 (20)

bb curls @ 37kg 10,8 = 18

only got 3reps on the last set of bench but i had like 30sec-1min rest so with a bit longer rest i could of got 5-6reps.
