Thanks Jim. The meet is just over 6 weeks away so I will be spending a fair amount of time in gear now. Squats and bench only though. Until I have my form improved, I will be deadlifting raw only.

Sunday is equipped squat in the suit (straps down) and knee wraps. This will be followed by raw bench reps. Hopefully the hip will co-operate
