Squat Feeler. I haven't squatted in about a year. This is what I got through today. I'm more than happy with the results. I had a lot more I could have gone up in weight but I wanted to see about where I was, if I could even do a squat honestly.
Squats - 135x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x2, 295x1, 315x1 - Felt good, I feel great, hips are a little sore, as is upper back and abs but that was a given.
Close Grip Bench Press - 155, 175, 175x8 - This bench I'm using is cool but hard to reach and I'm getting cramps in glute/hams. I might use a different one, they have a few.
Seated Close Grip Rows - 10, 14, 16x8 - I don't know poundage, but the stack only goes to 20. I imagine those are 100, 140, 160lbs but I don't know.
Leg Ext - 150, 210, 210x8
Straight Leg DL - 225, 225, 225x8 - Left a little in the tank, def. will go up next time.
DB Curls - 20, 25, 25x8 - Turning my hand supinated really really messed with my shoulder.. It even cramped up and really hurt to turn back normal so I stopped.. I wanted to do 25, 25, 25x8 but that's ok.
