Somewhat dissapointed with the workout today. The deadlifts went well, but my shoulder is still messing up and other than DL I had military press.. well the shoulder wasn't feeling right and I was already pretty worn out from deads as you will see in the video.

Deadlift - 25 reps, 5 sets @ 335: 5, 5, 5, 5, 10. Last 2 reps on the last set I started seeing stars, I might have had a couple more reps but I didn't want to eat that bar
