Oly Squat
100kg x 8 x 3

BTN Push Press
80kg x 3 x 6 (Probably 7)

Conventional w/Belt
180kg x 1
200kg x 1
150kg x 3 x 6

Easy. Back is constantly stiff but that's from tablets, just see how it goes day to day for the next 2 months.

Love BTNPP, all easy and powerful with paused lockouts. If I ever get to use some bumpers I'm going to learn to squat jerk. After watching the European WL Champs over Easter that shit is badass.

Pulls were a little off on the work ups but the triples were smooth, staying light for form work and it wsa worthwhile.
