Squats started out feeling heavy since my quads are tight as rocks, got my VMO scraped out by one of my training partners after the first set of squats, and depth and weight felt lighter afterwards. Tomorrows an off day/I'm going to get fixed by the massage/chiro for squat accessory day / events Saturday and heavy squats on Sunday*
