spent all day outside and on my feet. Was a deload anyway, so I decided to punish my body

superset
6x50 on leg extensions
25, down to 10 reps leg press narrow, feet fwd

followed it up with
3x8 good mornings
3x15 hamstring curls

legs are good and pumped!
