4/25: Progress Pic day
Morning Weight: 172.4lbs -> +0.2lbs over last week
Waist: 31.75 -> +0.25in over last week
Thoughts: not sure why weight stayed nearly the same but waist size increased. Could be water retention/bloating. Gonna keep cals to 3750-4k on lift days and 2500 on off days
EDIT: Just found out I have low free test, so this could explain A LOT. stay tuned
