Most would say program hopping, I'm going with DOING THE SAME THING EVERY DAMN TIME YOURE IN THE GYM! Forgive the caps, it just pisses me off. People come in and do the same curls, forearm isolation, and shitty form pulldowns everyday of the week, they get nowhere, then they look at me condescendingly for doing low rep power cleans. Either way, add weight to the barbell, and do movements that require a barbell.
