Depressing session but I didn't let my body win. I haven't benched in a month and my upper body is very weak right now. I recovered after benching and regained my focus.

My goal is to increase that top set by 5 pounds every 4 days until I get back over a 400 single. Wish me luck. I need all the encouragement and support I can get.

355 wasn't close to max. Maybe had 380 in me. So shaky right now it took forever to unrack. Was losing my breath before the eccentric which never happens.
