24/04/13 - Squat, Bench & Dead
160kg x 1
120kg x 3 x 6
120kg x 1
100kg x 3 x 6
100kg x 6 x 4
Almost 2 weeks out, barely eating and barely sleeping. Rushed into the squats so the first few were rough with a stiff back, loosened up by the last few.
Bench was easy, all paused most for a few seconds.
Pulls were a little rough; hams, glutes and hips stiff and cramping so light and fast.
Need to spend more time warming up and reacquaint myself with the foam roller for a week or so.
Always around this time that I feel like cutting some so will go through it for a week and see if I really want to commit.
