Last year around this time I was 210 lbs, I got down to 170 by october 2012, I started trying to gain weight again around january and have gained between 5-8 lbs since then. It varies. Will definatly be starting a food journal. Do people recommend getting a scales?
Current (Goals) - HB squat:117.5 kg x 3(140 kg) Bench: 100kg (110 kg) High Pull: 85 kg (100 kg)
BTNP: 50 kg x 5 (60 kg x 5)
