Thanks for all the tips !!! In just about a week..I am down 8 pounds. Cleaned up my eating, staying around 2500 calories, which with mostly chicken, turkey and veggies...is a lot of food really.
As far as training, I have ordered a power rack, have it on Friday. Think I will start out with Starting Strength. Do that M W F with some light rowing Tu Thu morning ( under 5k meters ) and see where it takes me. I tried entering a training log and messed that up > Have to try again !
