I like to shoot for 60 total which I pretty much always get, my other challenge is the most in my first set. Today I didn't push as hard cuz I wanted my BOR up.

On a side note, my yoga class really took me out of my comfort zone today. I had a few total newbies all with various issues. So I had to go back to totally basic cues and adjust each person accordingly per said issue. Its a good thing because thats the sort of challenge I like. I think my regulars still got a pretty good class too.
