Frankly, the only motivation I have to exercise is to stay in a decent enough shape so that I can go about my life while feeling energetic; so that I can finish a day long hike and not flop down on the ground; so that I can move apartments with minimal help - and help others move their stuff (with my friends, when I help them move there's always an awesome dinner or three coming up).

And exercising hard enough allows me to stay in a decent shape while NOT having to eat healthy
