I weighed myself today and I'm at 175lbs/79 kg. I have been struggling to put on good weight for months now. Gonna aim for around 1 lbs a week or 2 kg per month. May start a food journal too to ensure I'm eating over maintenance.
Current (Goals) - HB squat:117.5 kg x 3(140 kg) Bench: 100kg (110 kg) High Pull: 85 kg (100 kg)
BTNP: 50 kg x 5 (60 kg x 5)
