funky low back strain by tailbone on last rep. called it quits. Not sure if it's an overuse thing. I did a lot of manual labor yesterday (carry blocks, bags of gravel, digging, etc), or if trying to arch hard in the hole is bad for my low back rather than late my hips tuck.
