On weekends, with the Crew, we start at 10:00AM. On weekdays, in the JimGym, I train at about 5:30PM.
I used to train at 4:00AM 4X per week, in the JimGym. However, Mrs Squatter got tired after a couple of years of all the banging and clanging waking her up so she eventually put an end to that. I originally started early AM lifting tho so that I would be able to have dinner with the family every night of the week.
