Didn't go all out on DLs as did them just yesterday. Done Paused benching after long time. Shoulder is co-operating well. Slight adjustment on bar grip. A inch narrow (1/2 inch from ring) from both sides and it took off some wt. from shoulder. So bench was comparatively better.
