You may have noticed I didn't update last night. Well that's because I didn't bench

Today I took it easy since I'm maxing in a week and I've missed sessions.

Speed squats 245lbs 5x2

Bench, feet tucked, ring finger on ring, 235 three singles

Rows 225 2x12

I should be logged back in tomorrow.
