I'm no doctor, and I do not fully understand the how and why of it, but since I started lifting and watching what I eat, I introduced eggs into my diet, and my cholesterol has gone down. I am sure there are other factors involved as well ie. increased physical activity and a better overall diet, but the facts are what they are on my blood work report. So in my opinion, the answer is NO, eggs are not bad for you. My family doesn't understand it either, and they are constantly screaming at me for eating eggs, but they also dont have a problem downing a half tub of ice cream every night after dinner.
