Press 47.5 kg x 5, 5, 3 = 13(15)

Deadlift 145 kg x 5 +1

Wide Grip Pull ups x 7, 5, 5 = 17 (20)

Dips 15 kg x 7,6 = 13 (15)

Seated face pulls 20 kg x 13, 12 = 25(25)

My press has been stuck on 47.5 kg for a month now, It's getting very frustrating
