Almost 100kg for 20 reps, solid!!
Nice idea to slow the jumps down to 5 lbs,
My current aim is to copy your lead on the 20 rep squat, but build up to my body weight (198lbs) then start adding 5lbs, like you I'll be doing it after the work sets.....
