Yeah ive seen some of his stuff . What i need is a goodwork out plan that goes over every thing . I am having trouble with my shoulder when im on the bench . I dont use much weight yet but i think i may have the wrong form or something . Ive found a lot of different programs but like i said they are all of able bodyed individuals and they seem to have more on the lower body. Man im not going to lie im new to the working out hard stuff but i have been useing light weights just to get my body used to it now i am ready to move on . I have been doing this for about a mounth and am ready to move on and start to add some mucel !
