Thursday deadlift fail
Experimented with the yoke bar on my back, did not work out. At the gym, they took the handles off so the bar did not balance on my back. When I locked out the bar fell off my back.

Low back is still irritated, need to take a break from Deads. Going to just do good mornings and see

Not happy with my back, Deadlifts still bother it. I am going to continue with stretching and my warm ups. I am thinking of adding a long walk first thing in the morning. Getting into a bit of a funk, think this will help get me going.
