5 sets @ 225 x 3 ...vid of final set. Probably a little too much as it felt pretty heavy and by the 5th set my amrs were shaking and form was falling apart some, but overall good.

Ram Bench Press
285x 3 PR ...vid. 5lbs over my 1RM, so that's good. Had 2 reps pretty decent but the third the ram was sliding up my arm and 3rd rep was ugly. Probably shouldn't haver gone for the 3rd, but oh well .

225x 5 ...just wanted to do another set of Ram work but like my first set the Ram was sliding up my arm, otherwise I'd have gone for more. It's also hard to dig my arch into the bench with the sweatshirt on, need to figure something else out .

Dumbell Rows
130x 10 PR ...vid.
130x 8 PR ...improvement on these so that's good. Didn't do a 3rd set cause my boy was pitching a fit, so I just called it a day.

Done. Body was and is sore as hell, things once again felt heavier than they should have, but some progress made and work put in .
