Good mind set. Most of those people are pumping some type of illegal substance in to them anyways. Sure, it's a means to an end and this subject has as many different opinions as abortion/gun control/politics has, but the my main point is that you should train to be strong and look good.

If you need to lose weight, take a break from eating so much and try to maintain weight. If you want to gain strength start eating. It's as easy as that.
