Not for those that are bulking, this is more an info thread about what was and what is. Some may crossover other posts, feel free to add anything you find.
It also highlights that a person can have 14 portions of carbs a day etc but that may not mean the same to the person reading as it does to the person eating the portions
which may or may not be based on what is considered to be a portion.
