Wednesday speed OHP
Solid session today, I like bands on push press. Makes me focus on pushing through the weight

Push press, plus mini band

175 x 3 x 3, little too heavy for speed

Shoulders felt a little beat up, I think from front squats. My body will get used to them. Good session overall.

Tomorrow is Deadlifts. I am thinking of experimenting with doing Deads with the yoke bar on my back. I think it could help some form issues. And be fun
