Excellent workout! Felt spot on! Nice pump
Guessing all the extra carbs last night did the trick. I worked til after 7 and never stopped for lunch. So i had absolutely no food til post workout. Surprised i was able to do anything in the gym...

Just loaded up on carbs again. We'll see what happens with my workout/ weight in thursday.

Officially back to 4 days/ week.
