Today was Bench Day...
Warmed up with shoulder Dislocations and DB Rotater work. Then started Benching..
Started with the Bar and worked up in Reps of 5 till I hit my opener at 245. All warm ups where Paused.. Did an easy 245x3 paused. So I jumped up to 255 and did 2 semi hard reps.... I didn't have anyone one to unrack it for me. So I couldn't get set like I would for a comp.
Tomorrow is my day off. I'll do some Ab's at home thou... Then Thursday will be OHP day.. But I won't be doing OHP's. I'm going to do acc. Exercises for Bench.. Focusing on Rear Delts and Lats.
