Back Squat: 8 sets of 1 with 425 (belt and wrist wraps)

^ Tough, but not nearly as brutal as the previous week.


Front Squat: 1,5,5,4,4 with 225 (straps on bar, no belt)

^ I tried using a cross grip for the first set, but racked it after the 1st rep because the bar was slipping.


Leg Curl, Lying: 8,7,6 with 175


Running, Treadmill: 0.7 mile in 8:00

Sprint: 3 sets of 100m with 2 minutes rest between each

^ My three times were 17.0, 16.25, and 17.75.

- There was also a 200m jog before the sprints.
