Since I started lifting in Aug/Sept, I have lost 40lbs and got bit by the iron bug. I am now looking to step up my game and try some power lifting competitions. I am 5'10" at about 200lbs. I have hit a plateau on my weight loss so decided to increase my calories to match my activity level as it has increased recently. I look forward to getting to know you guys and accept advice on whatever you guys want to throw at me.
