Morning weigh in.
Dextrose, 2 bagels, 2 bananas, protein carrot pancake, lucky charms.
Not to bad. Weight down a little after 4k+ calories is good.
I forgot but 3 people have said I look like I'm losing weight. Kind of embarrassing, wish they said I'm looking ripped. Oh well I just replied I'll have to start eating more.
