Tester workout. I tried 145 on squats without the knee wraps and my knee was barking at me. With wraps it belt much butter, but I did not push things.

Could barely walk up the stairs. The burn set destroyed my quads. My conditioning is weak.
In for some new approach BTB ... I still think you can get 2000 RAW total it is just a matter of time and consistency for you. I know you will get these new goals sooner or later but still I prefer a 300+ BTB lifting 2000 RAW total rather than 242 lbs BTB doing 1600 easily. But you know the best ... keep motivating Sir ...
