Tuesday agility work
Tons of warm ups today. Lots of soreness in my legs and glutes. Back is tight, not bad though. Loving this defranco warm up, really seems to help me get going.

Warm up
Rolling, mountain climbers, groiners, mobility drills

Ladder drills
40 minutes of various drills
Minimal rest

5 light sprints, tried to lengthen my stride and stretch out

Decline sit ups
2 x 20
1 x 15

Side bends
3 x 15 each side

Pretty solid session, I will do the defranco warm up again tonight. I think this is helping and it is super quick. I will try to do it often
